Pet Guidelines

We’re happy to welcome pets at Hamlet Barclay West. To help maintain a comfortable community environment, a $350 non-refundable fee per pet applies, with a maximum of three pets per home. A $35 monthly pet fee per pet is also required. Our pet-friendly homes are designed to accommodate a variety of companions, and there are no breed or weight restrictions. If you have any questions about bringing your pets, our leasing team is always glad to assist.
